Backed-Up Drains: Look for any signs of water backing up into the drain or the shower.
Faucets and Pipes:
Dripping Faucets: Inspect all faucets for any persistent dripping.
Toilets:
Running Toilets: Listen for toilets that are constantly running.
Clogged Toilets: Make sure toilets flush properly without becoming clogged.

Water Quality and Pressure:
Water Pressure: Notice if the water pressure in showers or at faucets feels unusually low or strong.
Water Temperature: Check if the water feels too hot or too cold when you expect it to be a different temperature.
Other Signs:
Damp Spots or Water Marks: Check for any signs of moisture or water marks on ceilings, especially in the bathroom or kitchen, which could point to a leak from above.
Unusual Pipe Sounds: Listen for any sounds of water running through the pipes when no fixtures are in use.
What to Do If You Find an Issue
Report It Immediately: Contact the host as soon as possible.
Document the Issue: Take photos or videos of the problem.
Communicate: Use the Airbnb platform for all communication with the host.
